Technical and Applications Support

The Ventana Customer Support Center offers technical support to Customers, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm EST AND we have emergency on-call assistance available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. At Ventana, our priority is delivering fast and accurate support to our customers to improve the quality of diagnosis in patient care. We are staffed with highly knowledgeable Support Consultants that offer direct assistance on immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, special stains, hardware, software, and instrument operation and maintenance.

When you contact us, we would like to expedite your call as quickly as possible. Please provide us with:
1. Your customer identification number
2. Your instrument serial number
3. Your product information

Ventana employs Field Support Engineers and Technical Applications Specialists across North America for the operational support, repair, and maintenance of all Ventana instruments, as well as to optimize clinical usage.

Support Agreements are available to ensure your instrumentation is maintained at peak operating performance.
