BenchMark for innovation
In response to customer feedback that the BenchMark ULTRA platform would be an even more powerful tool with improved access to reagents, we launched Ultimate Reagent Access (URA) in July of 2011. We developed and delivered this enhancement in record time, to benchmark a new level of commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
This innovative reagent management feature provides frequent access to the reagents carousel while the system is in operation, without delaying in process slides. The BenchMark ULTRA IHC/ISH automated staining instrument is the first instrument to enable true single-piece flow of cases and STAT processing when you need it.
